How long is each driving lesson?

Our standard lessons run for 60 minutes, which gives you enough time to warm up, practise key skills, and receive feedback. We also offer 90-minute and 2-hour sessions for students who want to cover more ground in a single visit.

What do I need to bring to my lesson?

Please bring your current learner permit (or full overseas licence if you are transferring), a pair of flat closed-toe shoes, and your glasses or contact lenses if you need them to drive. We supply everything else, including a fully insured dual-control training vehicle.

How do I book a lesson?

You can book online through our contact page, call us on (02) 8834 5192 during business hours, or send an email to hello@skillride.life. We will confirm your preferred date, time, and pick-up location within a few hours.

What is your cancellation policy?

We ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice may incur a fee equal to 50% of the lesson cost, as the time slot is very difficult to fill at short notice.

Which areas do you cover?

We operate across Western and South-Western Sydney, including Bankstown, Canterbury, Parramatta, Liverpool, Fairfield, Auburn, Strathfield, and surrounding suburbs. We pick you up from home, work, or school at no extra charge.

Do you teach in automatic or manual cars?

Our fleet is exclusively automatic vehicles. Most students in NSW choose to obtain an automatic licence, and our modern dual-control cars make learning straightforward and stress-free. If you specifically need manual training, please contact us to discuss options.
